Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rabbit Planificador ("the Service"), operated by Rabbit Designs in Mexico, does with data when an account owner connects their TikTok account.

1. Data we receive from TikTok

Basic profile (user.info.basic): the account's open ID, username, display name and avatar. We use it only to confirm that the connected account is the one the owner authorized.
Access tokens: the tokens TikTok issues so the Service can post on the owner's behalf. They are refreshed automatically when they expire.
Posting information: the privacy options TikTok offers for the account, and the status of each post we publish (for example "processing" or "published").

We do not receive or store TikTok passwords. We do not read messages, followers, likes, comments or viewing history.

2. How we use it

Only to publish the videos and captions the owner approved, at the approved time, and to confirm afterwards that each post was published. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

3. Where it is stored

Tokens and post status are stored in a private file on Rabbit Designs' own computer, outside any public code repository. This website does not store any data. When TikTok returns to this website after sign-in, the one-time code is passed directly to the Service on the same computer and is not saved by the website.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. The only party that receives it is TikTok itself, when we publish through its official API.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep the tokens only while the account stays connected. The owner can revoke access at any time in TikTok (Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions). If the owner asks us to disconnect, we delete the stored tokens for that account.

6. Children

The Service is an internal tool for businesses and is not directed to children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
