Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rabbit Planificador ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by Rabbit Designs, a social media design studio in Mexico ("we", "us"). It schedules and publishes content that our team produces for accounts we manage.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is not offered to the public. Only Rabbit Designs staff operate it, and only on accounts whose owners have authorized us to publish on their behalf. By connecting an account, the account owner confirms they own it or are allowed to authorize publishing on it.

3. Connecting TikTok

The account owner signs in directly with TikTok and chooses whether to grant permissions. We never ask for, see or store TikTok passwords. The owner can disconnect the Service at any time from TikTok's settings (Security and permissions, Manage app permissions), or by asking us to remove the connection.

4. What we publish

We only publish videos and captions that the account owner approved beforehand. Content must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and the owner keeps all rights to their content. We do not publish anything that the owner did not approve.

5. TikTok

The Service uses TikTok's official APIs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok's own terms apply to every post. TikTok decides how posts are processed and shown, including their privacy level.

6. Availability and liability

We work to publish at the approved time and we check every post after publishing, but the Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, internet outages or events outside our control.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
